Creating Awareness of the World-Class Paradigm
Creating awareness for a world-class paradigm and operatives began in April 1997 and continues to move forward through new employee orientations (existing employees may also take part). Additional awareness sessions are presented at various work unit staff meetings or annual training sessions.
